Wooden Crafts Production Process Inspection Specification
During the process of wooden craft production, the control of
working process is necessarily needed to make sure the every
move of production functions well, and thus to guarantee the
quality of final finished products.
2. Scope/Range: All the half-finished
products during the wooden crafts production process.
3. Inspection requirement:
3.1 First inspection
3.1.1 The operator check for first time after
first batch of samples been finished, then hand over to QC to check
and confirm, after QC confirmed quality pass, can start production,
and fill in inspection information forms.
3.1.2 Every time changing molds, adjusting
machine, changing shifts, need to do first inspection
3.2 Self inspection
Operator chose one or several pieces of parts to do random
inspection during every process of production
3.3 Routing inspection
QC or inspector pick one or several pieces of products randomly
from each production line to check quality at set intervals.
4. Inspection rules
4.1 Each production line do random checking once
every day; important processes do random checking twice every day.
4.2 First inspection, self inspection and routing
inspection’s quality technology requirement is based on < Wooden
Crafts Process Operation Procedures>
4.3 Quantity below 5 pieces should be all
checked; quantity above 5 pieces should do random checking as per
5%. If quantity of 5% is less than 5 pieces, then need to check 5
4.4 The products been checked failed to pass
inspection standards, then executive according to < Unqualified
Products Control Program>
